Virginia state bird and flower, the cardinal and dogwood

This is my acrylic painting of the Virginia state bird and flower, the northern cardinal and flowering dogwood. Virginia was admitted to the union on June 25, 1788 as the 10th state. This painting is part of my state birds and flowers collection.
