Shamrock magic

This is my mixed media painting of a three-leaf clover or shamrock. I painted it with acrylic, watercolor and sprinkled in salt for special effects. The shamrock is a symbol of Ireland. Saint Patrick is said to have used it as a metaphor for the Christian Holy Trinity with one leaf representing the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Shamrocks are used as an emblem in some flags, badges and logos.
