Maine state bird and flower, the chickadee and pine cone and tassel

This is my mixed media (watercolor & acrylics) of the Maine state bird and flower, which are the chickadee and white pine cone & tassel. The chickadees white cheeks shine out from their solid black cap and black big below. Maine was admitted to the union on March 15, 1820 as the 23rd state. This painting is part of my state birds and flowers collection.
