Yoke of oxen pulling a load

This is my acrylic painting on toned tan paper of a yoke of oxen pulling a heavy load. The large wooden beam helps them pull a heavy load when working together. These are castrated male bovines trained and used as a draft animal. Ox are mentioned several times in the Bible. The ox is one of the signs of the Chinese zodiac.
