Barn swallows at the old barn

This is my mixed media (watercolor, ink and acrylics) painting of some barn swallows at an old barn at a farm. The birds are gazing at the barn as the sunbeams span over the horizon. Their cup nest from mud pellets is in the barn. There are many cultural references to the barn swallow in literary (Bible Proverbs 26:2) and religious works due to it close proximity to humans.
